If it does require demolition, the built back comes with the service. We don’t use dangerous chemicals, but oxidation of molds to destroy their atomic structure, and naturally occurring enzymes to degrade mold spores to a normal level, and our process includes a post-treatment clearance testing report verified by an independent laboratory, accredited by the health department.
